Diagnose the position. Strengthen control. Build capability.
Independent commercial leadership for growth, pressure and control
We support our clients when they need to protect value by strengthening commercial control and delivery confidence.
Diagnose
The Commercial Architecture Diagnostic helps leadership understand whether the organisation’s commercial model is strong enough to support delivery, growth or recovery.
It may lead to targeted intervention, embedding, strengthening, growth readiness or retained advisory.

Intervene
Targeted commercial intervention for organisations where pressure is already visible.
We support our clients when projects, contracts, margin, governance, change control or client relationships need commercial grip.
Intervention is focused, senior and practical. It restores control, protects value and gives leadership a practical route forward.
Embed
Embedding turns intervention into sustainable delivery.
Once the immediate commercial pressure has been stabilised, we work with our clients' own commercial, delivery and leadership teams to help the new routines, decisions and controls take hold in practice.
Through coaching, mentoring and practical support, we help client teams apply the changes in their own environment, using their own capability, with clearer governance and stronger commercial discipline.
The aim is sustainable delivery: helping our clients carry the change themselves.

Strengthen
Strengthen is our learning offer. It includes masterclasses, workshops, commercial awareness sessions, leadership development, governance training, change control discipline and longer courses delivered in partnership with The FuturED Institute.
Strengthening can follow a diagnostic, follow an intervention or stand alone as a learning product.
Grow
We support clients preparing to enter or expand in complex and regulated markets, including nuclear, defence, infrastructure and energy transition.
Growth readiness includes market readiness, commercial readiness, governance preparation, contracting model review, Tier 1 engagement preparation, regulated sector capability positioning and supply chain confidence building.
